Welcome to the Summer Camp Registration Form. Following is the relevant information about the camp:

What: Guru Granth Sahib Academy annual youth camp.
When: August 2nd, 2009 to August 8th, 2009
Who: Youth aged 10-19 years
Where: Ggs Web Academy - 10185 Mississauga Rd, Brampton, Ontario

Non-local students should reach GGS Academy on the night of August 1, 2009.

1. Limit of 25 students. Registration will be limited to first come, first serve basis.
2. July 15th is last day for registration.
3. The $250 camp fee can be paid through the website (Paypal) or pay in person during the camp. Please tell us which one you would like through the registration form.
