Prof Darshan Singh Khalsa: executive director of Guru Granth Sahib Web Academy.
Born in Nov 1940 in village Sur Singha of erstwhile Punjab, he has been serving Sikh sangat throughout the world with keertan and katha sewa for the last 40 years. He remained at sewa of Akal Takht Sahib in the most turbulent time of the 20th century for Sikhs, from 1987 - 1990.

- Bakhsish Singh: he helps Prof Darshan Singh ji directly in keertan programs, assisting in keertan; he is an active member of the website team and is a wonderful graphic designer. He has worked as an IT consultant for various companies and is now pursuing public service.
- Harpreet Kaur: liason to Prof Darshan Singh ji in Canada. Her responsibilities at the Academy include organizing Summer camp for children, helping the Sikh children and youth from around the world. Harpreet is professionally qualified in teaching, and is involved with the following in the Peel Board System: Instructional Resource Teacher, Student Success/Learning to 18, Alternative Programs Curriculum, Instruction and Special Education Services.
- Kamal Harjit Singh: contact person for Toronto chapter of Academy. He is web administrator and also helps in recording the Friday and Saturday programs at Academy. He is engineering graduate of Guru Nanak engineering collage Ludhiana and presently works as a consultant.
- Jobun Singh: he helps Prof Darshan Singh ji directly in keertan programs, assisting in keertan since 2004. He is presently in high school.

- RajivPal Singh: he helps Prof Darshan Singh ji directly in keertan programs, assisting in keertan; a sewa he has been doing for last 14 years. Apart from that he also helps in various day to day affairs of managing Academy.
- Sarabjot Singh: responsible for helping Prof Darshan Singh ji in day to day operations of Academy such as recording programs. He is a graduate of Industrial Engineering from Ryerson University. Presently working in supply chain at Loblaws Canada.

His key responsibilities include managing the request for keertan programs of Prof Darshan Singh ji in Asia and is permanent jatha member of Prof Darshan Singh ji and supporting on tabla for the last 20 years. Tejpal Singh is an independent building contractor in Delhi.

- Jasjit Singh: contact of Academy for UK. He helps to archive old recordings of Prof Darshan Singh ji and digitize it to preserve for future generations. Jasjit was born and raised in UK currently works as an Oracle Database administrator in UK.
- Navleen Kaur: contact person for Europe Chapter of Academy. Her responsibilities at Academy include organizing Summer camp for children, helping the Sikh children and youth from around the world. Born and brought up in UK, Navleen is professionally qualified in Psychology & Social Development from Oxford University.

- Hardeep Singh: contact person for Atlanta. His interests include working with young children in local gurudwara to help them learn the Sikh way of life. Hardip has most of his schooling outside Punjab. He works as a RF engineer and is 1995 graduate of Punjab engineering college Chandigarh.

- Malkeet Singh: contact person for Seattle. He is working on a Punjabi Text of Prof Darshan Singh ji's work. He is an independent building contractor.
- Manjit Singh: contact person of Academy for Washington DC. He helps Academy to publish bimonthly newsletter and is a fulltime student.
- Vikramjit Singh: contact person for North East USA chapter. His key responsibilities include preparing question and answer from the Weekly Gurmat Topic. He is the lead person for Academy efforts in distributing literature to Sikhs. Actively helped by his wife, they prepare close to 1000 CDs a month and ship to 14 cities for free distribution. He works as a Software Engineer and graduated in 1996 from Thapar Engineering Collage Patiala.
